Printed Circuit Assembly
We specialize in Surface Mount and Through Hole mixed mode PCB assembly. We do small quantities of very specialized hand assembly work. This is typically for military and short run production for OEM manufacturers.
SMT Parts are hand placed on circuit boards using water soluable solder paste, infrared reflow soldered, aqueous washed, and baked dry.
Through Hole Parts are then attached and hand soldered.
All our assembly technicians are certified to IPC-A-610 "Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies" and "Hand Soldering & Rework Methods and Processes" from NCC Center for Business and Industry.
